Disassemble the reduction unit – Park the lift truck on a level ground. Engage the parking brake and disconnect the battery; – Disassemble the mast; – Lift the front part of the lift truck and set the special shims under the side panels of the chassis; – Remove the front wheels; – Disconnect the tie rods of the parking brake, the service brake oil pipe, the motor cables etc; – Keep the reduction unit in lifted position; – Remove the fastening screws located on the chassis (tightening torque setting of 45 daNm).
