Make a mark across the sections of the hydraulic pump for correct assembly. 2. Remove the Ferry head screws that hold the drive end cover. 3. Use a soft hammer to remove the drive end cover from the gear housing. 4. Remove the quad ring and thrust plate from the drive end cover. 5. Use a suitable tool and remove the seal for the drive gear from the drive end cover. 6. Remove the Ferry head screws that hold the port end cover. 7. Hit the port end cover with a soft hammer to remove port end cover from the gear housing. 8. Remove the wear plate from the gear housing or the port end cover. 9. Remove the backup gasket and seal, and the quad ring from the port end cover. 10. Remove the bushings from the port and drive end cover as required.
