Brake pedals hard to operate.
The brakes stick when the pedals
are released.
Noisy brakes.
Pedal stroke too long.
Unbalanced braking.
1. Corresponding master cylinder seized.
2. Brake control pipes obstructed or pinched.
1. Brake control pump pistons locked.
2. Master cylinders seized.
1. Friction material on brake disks (1, fig. 2) worn.
1. Air in the brake circuit.
2. Brake control pumps worn.
3. Leakage from control pipes.
1. Wrong tire pressure.
2. Brake control pumps worn.
3. Pump connection pipes obstructed or pinched.
4. Brake control pipes obstructed or pinched.
5. Pump control piston seals worn or damaged.
6. Friction material on brake disk (1, fig. 2) worn.
Replace the brake control pumps.
Clean or replace the control pipes.
Release the piston and, if necessary, replace the brake control pumps.
Replace the brake control pumps. Replace the brake disks.
Bleed air from the brake circuit. Replace the brake control pumps. Eliminate the cause of the leakage. Inflate tires to correct pressure. Replace the brake control pumps. Clean or replace the pipes.
Clean or replace the control pipes.
Replace the brake control pumps.
Replace disk.
