To install the EGR cooler side connection tube (1): Use new gaskets. Install the mounting cap screws and EGR connection tube (1) to the EGR cooler. • Tighten the cap screws. • Torque Value: 24 Nm (212 in lb) Install the support brace (3) mounting cap screws to the EGR tube (1) and cylinder head. • Tighten the cap screws. • Torque Value: 24 Nm (212 in lb) Install the crossover hose (2) and hose clamps to the EGR connection tube. • Tighten the hose clamps. • Torque Value: 5 Nm (44 in lb) Connect the coolant return line support bracket to the EGR casting. • Tighten the cap screws. • Torque Value: 24 Nm (212 in lb) How to Use The Doosan DX140LCR and DX140LCR-3 Excavator Guide Manual: This manual provides information for servicing the DX140LCR and DX140LCR-3 Doosan Excavator.
