The end face of the cylinder block is in contact with the valve plate having two woodruff ports B and C (distributing valve to change over between high and low pressures). Principle of generating torque When high pressure oil (Pressure P) is introduced to the B port, the inclined surface is pushed by a force of "F = P x A, A: piston sectional area" per piston and the piston receives a reaction force from the inclined surface. The piston that is restricted in the moving direction by the cylinder block due to the reaction force generates a rotating force. The total of rotating force by the reaction force of the high pressure side pistons works on the cylinder block. The generated rotating force is transmitted as a torque to the shaft via the spline to turn the shaft. On the other hand, if the high pressure oil is introduced to the C port, the opposite rotation is caused. The output torque and the revolution are calculated as follows: D: Displacement (cm3/rev) P: Effective drive pressure (MPa) Q: Inflow (L/min) •m: Mechanical efficiency (motor) (%X10-2) •v: Volumetric efficiency (motor) (%X10-2) i: Speed ratio of reduction gear •G: Efficiency of reduction gear (%X10-2) How to Use The Doosan DX35Z Excavator Guide Manual: This manual provides information for servicing the DX35Z Doosan Excavator. All service procedures are broken down into detailed steps, listed in their recommended sequence. The manual uses both photographs and drawings to help locate and itemize components. The table of Contents on the preceding pages is your best tool for finding the service procedure you need. Be certain to observe all Safety information included in these pages. A schematic of each of the major engine systems is provided at the beginning of the section of the manual devoted to troubleshooting and repairing that particular system. Basic safety precautions are list in the Safety section of the Doosan DX35Z Excavator Service Manual. Additional safety precautions are list in the Safety section of the owner/operation/maintenance publication. Specific safety warnings for all these publications are provided in the description of operations where hazards exist. WARNING labels have also been put on the product to provide instructions and to identify specific hazards.
